Pet Beds

We understand the importance of a cozy retreat for your furry friends. In the event that your pet bed arrives damaged and is still in its original packaging, we are pleased to offer an exchange. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the damage, and we will facilitate a prompt exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the incorrect size. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will dispatch the correct size to you. Regrettably, we do not offer refunds for pet bed purchases.

 

Harnesses


We strive to provide the perfect fit for your pets harness; however, we acknowledge that sizing may vary. If the harness received does not fit, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and our team will guide you through the process. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the incorrect size. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will promptly dispatch the correct size to you.

Refunds are not available for harness purchases.
